If you would like to delete your Nullimit account and the data associated with it, please send a request to:

What to Include

Please send the request from the same email address you use to sign in to Nullimit, or mention that email address in your message so we can identify the correct account.

What Will Be Deleted

When your deletion request is processed, we will delete the account data associated with your Nullimit profile, including:

Google account details used in the app, such as your email address, display name, profile photo, and account identifier
Cold plunge session records stored for your account, such as duration, temperature, and timestamps

Retention

We do not keep your account and session data after deletion unless temporary retention is required for security, fraud prevention, or legal compliance.

Processing Time

We aim to process deletion requests within 30 days.
